Send a product photo, drawing, sample or rough dimensions. You can also start with an existing item that needs a different size, wood, finish, logo or packing method.

You Do Not Need a Finished Specification to Start

A photo is usually enough for the first discussion. Send a drawing when the dimensions, internal layout or fitting positions are already fixed. Use a physical sample when the joints, finish, hardware or fit need to stay close to an existing product.

Still at the idea stage? Tell us what the product is for, its approximate size, expected quantity and destination market. We will tell you what is still missing before sampling.

A product photo

Useful when you want a similar product with changes to the size, finish, logo or packing.

A drawing or size list

Better when the outer dimensions, internal space or component positions are already fixed.

A physical sample

Useful when the structure, surface, hardware or fit is difficult to explain accurately in a photo.

A rough product idea

Start with the intended use, approximate size, quantity and market.

What Changes the Price and Production Method

A photo shows the general idea. It does not show every detail that affects the cost.

Structure

  • outer and inner dimensions
  • wall thickness
  • opening method
  • dividers
  • hinges, locks and handles
  • assembled or flat-packed

Material and finish

  • solid wood, plywood, MDF or bamboo
  • required color, grain, coating, oil, stain or veneer

Branding and components

  • laser engraving
  • screen printing
  • hot foil
  • UV printing
  • inserts, bowls, glass, acrylic, magnets and other fittings

Packing

  • individual bags, retail boxes, color boxes, mail-order protection, export cartons, pallets and loading limits

Two products can look almost identical in a photo and still need different materials, fittings and cartons. A price based on appearance alone is usually unreliable.

From Product Details to Bulk Production

1

Send the product information

A photo, drawing, sample or size list is enough to begin.

2

Fix the size, material and structure

We check the dimensions, construction, hardware and any part that must fit another component.

3

Make and approve the sample

You check the appearance, dimensions, function, finish and packing before bulk production starts.

4

Bulk Production Follows the Sample and Written Details

The production order follows the sample together with the agreed size, finish, logo, hardware and packing notes.

5

Check the packing and prepare shipment

Finished products, loose parts, labels, inner protection and carton marks are checked before loading.

The Problems Buyers Usually Want to Avoid

The final size changes after the quotation.

Action

Fix the critical outer dimensions, internal space, wall thickness and hardware positions before treating the price as final.

The sample looks right, but the bulk finish or logo changes.

Action

Keep the finish sample, logo position, hardware and component details with the production order.

The product is finished before anyone checks the carton.

Action

Painted surfaces, fragile corners, glass, loose parts and carton limits need to be considered before the packing size is fixed.

Labels, barcodes or carton marks are wrong.

Action

Check the SKU, label content, quantity and carton marks before shipment.

Inside Our Factory

Your order may involve cutting, CNC or laser work, sanding, coating, assembly, inspection and export packing.

The factory is in Cao County, Heze, Shandong. Different workshops handle different stages, so a wooden box, pet product, organizer or garden product does not have to follow the same production sequence.

Keeping the Order Consistent

You approved a particular size, finish, logo and structure. Those are the details that need to reach the finished order.

Checks are made where mistakes are easier to correct — during material preparation, the first finished piece, assembly, surface work and packing. We do not wait until loading to find every problem.

Questions Before You Send an RFQ

Can you make a product from a photo or physical sample?

Yes. A photo is enough for an initial discussion. Use a physical sample when the structure, surface, hardware or fit needs to stay close to the original.

What information do you need before quoting?

Send the product type, size, material direction, quantity, packing method and destination market. We will ask only for the missing details that change production or cost.

Can you supply private-label and retail packing?

Yes. We can add logo application, labels, inserts, instruction sheets, barcodes, retail boxes and export cartons once the product size and packing format are fixed.

What is the usual MOQ for a first order?

For many smaller wooden products, 500–1,000 pieces is a practical starting range. Larger products, mixed orders and special packing need to be discussed separately.
